Yes, 100%. IBeauty Australia only sources products directly from authorized distributors and official brand partners to ensure every item is genuine and of the highest quality.
What is your return policy for skincare and cosmetics?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, IBeauty Australia ships exclusively within Australia and to New Zealand. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.
